On this Newport steel-frame build, we had a few tricky details to work through, including corners and curved sections that needed a practical solution before the cladding could be installed.
We reached out to Tyson at CSP, who came to site with ATI Cavi-Break®. The product was quick to install and flexible enough to work around the curved sections, helping us keep the job moving without overcomplicating the detail.
Compared with using timber, we found Cavi-Break® very simple to install on our steel frames. It provided a practical, easy-to-use thermal break solution that suited the way the home was being built.
Moving forward, we are looking at using Cavi-Break® more often on the steel-frame homes we build.
