ATI was founded by Aaron Hinkley, whose career spans 15 years in offshore product development and global supply chain management, much of it spent in China sourcing and quality-assuring products for Australian companies. When he returned to Australia just before COVID, he found himself sitting across a table from a steel frame fabricator and realised that thermal break products in the Australian market were barely clearing the minimum and everyone had accepted it. He knew he could do better. ATI is the result.
ATI launched with a clear position, to build products that go well beyond minimum performance requirements, solve more than one problem at once and hold up over the life of the building. That standard hasn't changed.
